About me: Philippe Troesch
Human experience instead of AI prompts. Real practice instead of theoretical coaching.
For over two decades I have worked in international B2B, in selling technologies that need explaining and in leading teams across borders. I know the pressure in negotiation rooms, the fight for closings and the fine nuances of international markets from first-hand experience.
As a keynote speaker, coach and sparring partner I help leaders and sales teams bring B2B worlds to the point, steer negotiations with confidence and build lasting customer relationships.
My attitude: three principles for success
«Pragmatic, Skeptical, Honest.»
That is why: Skepmatiker
(read more about it here, in German)
In the daily business whirlwind, many people follow well-trodden paths and buzzwords. I take a different approach:
- Pragmatic: Theory helps only a little in the negotiation room. What counts is making complex topics tangible right away, widening your room to move and always finding more than two options.
- Skeptical: Healthy skepticism is the sharpest tool against intellectual standstill. I question «best practices» that were adopted without a second look and ask for facts where others offer standard phrases.
- Honest: Success in sales and leadership grows from real human connection, trained senses and a true understanding of the person across the table. Automation supports this, people make it happen.
Where I help (core areas)
- Sales & B2B selling: Negotiate, close and communicate at an international level, with honest conversations and zero cheap sales tricks.
- Leadership: Steer teams with confidence through complex environments, lead with facts and use the art of listening as a leadership strength.
- Global communication: Communicate successfully across cultures, languages and company boundaries. Understand accents, undertones and what stays unsaid («Flexible Listening»).
Why this path?
At 51, with decades of hands-on experience as a sales director, I have seen what works in real business and what is a waste of time. I keep it real and leave the miracle cures to others. My goal is to empower people in business to think critically, communicate clearly and deliver results with attitude and healthy skepticism.
